How does the payment process work and when do I receive my theme?
Once you click on the “buy now” button, you will proceed to the checkout area. Upon completing the checkout process, the theme will be sent to you via email momentarily. If it has been more than 2 hours since you completed the checkout process and still have not received the theme, please contact us.
It’s been longer than two hours since I paid, and I haven’t received my theme. What now?
Depending on your form of payment, there may be a delay in you receiving your account information. For example, if you pay via e-check, it may take several business days to clear, thus delaying your order.
If you feel that the delay is in error, please contact us.
What payment types do you accept?
We accept PayPal as our main form of payment for its simplicity and security. If you do not have PayPal, sign-up here. If you are experiencing problems, please contact us.
How do I cancel my subscription?

If I cancel my subscription, can I still download themes?
No, unfortunately. If you’ve canceled your subscription, you’ll be unable to access any of your previous All Access Pass account features.
If I cancel my subscription, can I still use the themes I’ve already downloaded?
Absolutely. Those themes are yours to keep!
If I cancel my subscription, can I still use the Resource Center?
Absolutely. The Resource Center is a standard feature for anyone who buys our themes.
I’m a designer, and would like to submit my design to go to battle. How do I do that?
Simply visit our Designer Information page and subscribe.
May I submit more than one design per week?
Absolutely. We will allow you to submit as much of your work as you’d like. Just make sure you follow each week’s instructions!
How do I receive my payments if I win a contest?
If you are chosen as either of the two finalists for a contest, we will contact you via email with instructions on how to receive payments. Please contact us for more info if you’re a winner and haven’t heard from us.

Yes, all of our themes are updated to WordPress version 2.8.
What do you recommend purchasing prior to purchasing a WordPress Theme from Theme Wars?
Our Premium Themes run on the very popular content management system, WordPress. You can download a free copy of WordPress here. A short list of recommended items to consider:
- Hosting (if you don’t have your own hosting solution, please visit our Hosting Solutions.)
- Domain directed towards your hosting solution.
- The free version of WordPress.
What languages do the themes come in?
As of right now all of the WordPress themes only come in English. However, all you have to do is go through and edit the template files to whatever language you choose.
Can I remove the Theme Wars logo in the footer?
Yes. If you choose, you may remove our logo from the bottom of the theme.
I am new to blogging and/or WordPress, where do I start?
Don’t worry, we knew that you’d be here looking for answers! Once you’ve purchased the theme, please start at the Theme Wars Resource Center. We cover the basic functions of WordPress and allow you to start off with a solid skill set.
How do I get instructions for the Theme Wars WordPress Theme I just purchased?
Once you’ve purchased Theme Wars WordPress theme, please head to our Theme Wars Resource Center. We’ve covered all of the features in effective, easy-to-follow video screen casts. We also have a very active support forum!
Will the themes work with all of my plug-ins?
Absolutely. However, we cannot guarantee that all plug-ins we did not create will work. Some plug-ins have unknown java script in them and may not work. Without a doubt the fast majority will.
Can I use the themes on multiple sites?
Yes, as long as you purchase the developers license then you can use the themes on as many domains as you would like.
Do you offer free phone consultation or support?

Can I re-sell any of your themes?

I purchased a WordPress Theme, may I have a refund?
Due to themes being non-tangible digital goods, there are no refunds offered on any themes. Every theme has a fully functional “demo” site which can be fully tested prior to purchase. If any purchased themes do not function as intended, we will fix the problems.
