Refund & Cancellation Policy

At ThemeWars, we deal in digital products such as website themes and templates. Once the product is purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned or cancelled as digital downloads cannot be reversed.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

• If the purchased product was not delivered to your email or account due to a technical issue on our side.
• If the delivered product file is corrupted or not working as described, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 working days.

No refunds will be provided in cases where:

• The product has been downloaded successfully.
• The issue is due to customer’s system, hosting, or software environment.
• The customer purchased the product by mistake or without reading the product description.

Cancellation Policy

As our products are digital, order cancellations are not possible once the payment has been processed. Please review the product details carefully before making a purchase.
